The Construction Workers’ Annual Leave and Severance Pay Fund [Bauarbeiter-Urlaubs- und Abfertigungskasse] (BUAK) is a statutory body under public law. The regulatory authority is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection, Section VII. The legal relationships established through use of these web pages are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction in the case of any legal dispute that may arise from the use of these web pages is Vienna.
